100 % Tempranillo from gobelet-pruned 40-year-old vines grown on gravel over clay-limestone at altitudes of 300-500m. Harvesting by hand. 15 days of alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks at 25 degrees. 23 days of malolactic fermentation after the alcoholic fermentation. Aged 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
