Fermented naturally and bottled before fermentation finishes, this 2023 Pinot Gris is lightly sparkling, unfiltered, and deeply rooted in coastal California.

Expect more saline than sweet—zippy acidity, a whisper of skin contact texture, and a fine bead of fizz that lifts rather than dominates. There’s stone fruit, yes, but also sea spray, citrus pith, and a kind of savory clarity that feels more mineral than fruity.
