Paolo Cotroneo's family estate in Torrecuso, in the hills of Campania's Benevento province. The "I Vigneti di Bruma" (vineyards of mist) line showcases grapes from their higher-elevation, fog-shrouded sites. Aglianico is the great red grape of Southern Italy—here grown on volcanic soils at 400-500m elevation. La Rivolta is known for reviving ancient Campanian varieties.
