This is 100% Savagnin aged sous voile for 48 months, and it is a whopper of a wine. Savory and complex, with all of the classic flavors of hazelnut, walnut and candied citrus, this is a true gastronomic wine. Underneath the sous voile-influenced nuttiness, there's cutting acidity and plenty of minerality. A formidable structure means this wine will age beautifully over many years (though it's delightful to drink now).
