Loimer’s 2019 Pinot Noir “Anning” is sourced from loess and limestone-rich vineyards around Langenlois in Kamptal. The name refers to the region’s fossil-bearing sedimentary soils. Grapes are biodynamically farmed and hand-harvested, reflecting Loimer’s low-intervention approach.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in used oak barrels, the wine is light-bodied, precise, and mineral. A cool-climate Austrian Pinot that emphasizes finesse and soil expression.
