"The 2019s are the best yet from this hotly tipped organic and natural-leaning estate in Oger, here harnessing the power and intensity of a single parcel of Chardonnay planted in 1967 to yield and outgoing, toothsome style of Blanc de Blancs bursting with apricot clafoutis (the French baked dessert), cinnamon and bitter almond, yet still detailed and resolute with stony focus and energy.
