I Favati’s 2022 Pietramara is a single-vineyard Fiano di Avellino grown at 420 m in Altripalda on clay and volcanic soils. The family-run estate has deep roots in Campania and focuses on terroir-driven whites from Irpinia. Pietramara is their flagship expression of Fiano DOCG.

Grapes are hand-harvested in late October, then fermented in stainless steel with extended lees aging. The result is a dry, structured wine with savory, mineral depth and vibrant acidity. A benchmark bottling for serious Southern Italian whites.
