Made from 90% Criolla Blanca, one of a family of varieties that spread throughout the Americas starting in the 16th century, with a splash of Gewurztraminer, Viognier and Semillon, this crisp and subtly textured white is sourced from Emilia Armando and Eduardo Soler's Lavalle vineyard, planted in 2000 on sandy soils. It’s aged under flor, yielding a subtle salty kick.

Criolla Blanca was aged for 6 months in concrete eggs with lees contact
