"The 2021 Thörnicher Ritsch Kabinett "Monster" is clear, pure and refined on the elegant and finely aromatic as well as stony nose with concentrated fruit (apple) aromas. Pure and refined on the palate, this is a light, round and juicy, crystalline and savory Ritsch with a stimulatingly saline and balanced finish. This is a gorgeous Riesling Kabinett from the Ritsch. 7.5% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure."
