After years of fermentations in tank, foudre and barrel, Dominique Moreau has ventured into the foray of amphora vinification and ageing. The Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir grown in the kimmeridgian-centric soils of Polisot. The resulting wine is deep and focused with penetrating bubbles and real staying power.

Dominique Moreau's Champagne Marie-Courtin has been the darling of critics like Peter Liem for over a decade now. Why? Because she consistently leads the pack in her unwavering approach to expressing her incredible terroir.

Dominique farms (organically) a single 2.5 hectare plot of east facing vines in the Aube. Its clay and Kimmeridgian limestone soils, famously found in Chablis, produce some of the worlds greatest whites. The warmer Aube lends itself to ripening Pinot Noir—her favorite grape—laced with hallmark Chablisien acidity. These contrasting characteristics make the Marie-Courtin wines so enthralling.
