Prisma is a collaborative project between Brazos Wine and Grupo Belen, made by acclaimed winemaker Ricardo Baettig to showcase Chile's cool-climate Casablanca Valley. The grapes come from a sustainably-farmed vineyard in the Lo Ovalle subregion, planted in 2004 on clay and granitic soils at about 1,000 feet elevation. Coastal morning fog, significant temperature swings, and reliable afternoon sea breezes create ideal conditions for preserving freshness. This direct-press rosé is all about purity and vibrancy: bright strawberry and cherry with a hint of melon, lifted acidity, and a zippy finish. The 250ml can format makes it perfect for picnics, the beach, or anywhere glass isn't ideal. Serious wine in a fun package—don't let the format fool you.
