"The 2023 Auxey-Duresses Village was destemmed and aged in used barrels. It offers blackberry and blueberry fruit, a little muted at first but opening with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit. It is quite a juicy Auxey-Duresses, with a liberal sprinkling of black pepper on the finish. This will drink well for several years." -Neal Martin
