From the most diverse soils in all of Beaujolais, including the prized "blue stone" terroir, comes Gamay of striking depth. Semi-carbonic maceration, indigenous yeasts, 60-year-old vines, Slavonian oak. Deep ruby with strawberry, raspberry, rose petals, and wet stone minerality. Supple and elegant with cellaring potential of 5-7 years.Six generations on Mont Brouilly's volcanic slopes. Old-vine Gamay, whole-cluster, unfiltered. Ages like fine Burgundy.
