Located in the Côte d’Or, just beyond the Champagne border, the estate follows organic farming and meticulous traditional-method winemaking, ensuring precision and depth in every bottle. Cuvée Blanche, a Blanc de Noirs made entirely from Pinot Noir, delivers richness and elegance well beyond its humble appellation.

Golden apple, ripe pear, and lemon zest lead the aromatics, followed by notes of toasted almond, brioche, and a hint of white flowers. The Pinot Noir base adds depth and structure, while extended lees aging gives a creamy texture without weighing down the wine’s natural brightness. Unlike lighter Crémants, Cuvée Blanche offers the complexity and finesse of a fine Champagne, but with a softer price tag.
