"54% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 1% Pinot Blanc blend, a third oak-fermented, zero dosage and no malo – so just like the white version from Cumières but with a 20% addition of 'a Pinot Noir infusion', the result of the ripest bunches picked five days before harvest, destemmed and cold soaked before being blended in to the cuvée for fermentation. This has so far been made in 2012, 2015 and 2018 only. Pale rose pink with a little salmon tint. Sumptuous, broad nose. And a richer, prettier palate than the white version. Pleasing already."
