Agnès Henry has run Tour du Bon for over 30 years, converting to biodynamic farming in 2018. Her rosé (36% Mourvèdre, 32% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 7% Clairette) is savory and spicy from the first sip: lime, rosemary, chalky minerals.
