The wine is 100% Garnacha from seven organically-farmed, 70+-year-old vineyards in the villages of Villanuenva, Navatalgordo and Burgohondo.

Vinification
Each parcel is fermented separately with native yeasts, then pressed into a mix of used French barrels and stainless steel tanks all of various sizes.
Aging
Aged in the barrels or steel vats of various sizes for 8 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. 65 mg/L SO2 Total.
