Grange Tiphaine, run by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau, farms biodynamically in Montlouis-sur-Loire. “Clef de Sol” comes from 80-year-old Chenin vines on clay-limestone and silex soils.

The 2023 is barrel-fermented and aged on lees without racking for a year. Rich yet precise, it shows Chenin’s hallmark acidity, texture, and saline depth—a layered, terroir-driven white.
