This Dolcetto—spontaneous fermentation, extended maceration, large neutral botti—expresses pure terroir without modern interference. The 2024 harvest (October 3-15) was shaped by August hail but maintained quality through strict selection. Expect violet aromas, black cherry fruit, sweet spices, and the variety's signature bitter almond finish. No filtration, no compromise. Drink now through 2027.Super Tuscan rebel since 1981. Pure Sangiovese plus traditional varieties. Concrete, Slavonian oak. Silky, food-friendly.
