Piedmontese natural wine from Olek Bondonio, who learned winemaking from his grandfather Saverio starting at age 17, then took over the family's 200-year-old farmhouse at La Berchialla in the early 2000s after a snowboarding career. First commercial vintage: 2005, just 2,000 bottles. Nearly 7 hectares including parcels in Barbaresco's Starderi and Roncagliette crus. Organic certified since 2018, biodynamic principles. Traditional basket press, spontaneous fermentation in concrete, extended maceration, aged in Slavonian oak botti. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfur.
