A brand new cuvée, from an experimental bush-vine vineyard planted to a wild blend: Pinot Bianco, Savagnin, Chenin Bianco, Gewurztraminer and Carricante. It’s fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in second use French oak tonneaux for about 6 months before bottling. Just 1200 bottles were produced in 2022, its inaugural vintage. Take a walk on Etna’s wild side with this aromatic, waxy, and orchard fruit dominated wine.
