"Derived from the 2019 vintage, Lamblot's NV Brut Nature La Vigne à Vovone is produced from Pinot Noir in Vrigny. Offering up aromas of sweet stone fruit, plums, honeycomb and spices, framed by a deft touch of oak, it's medium to full-bodied, concentrated and vinous, with a layered attack, chalky structure and a long, saline finish. There's also a still version in Côteaux Champenois, produced in very small quantities, that's of interest in its own right." -William Kelley
