"The 2023 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru has a fresh, stony bouquet that blossoms in the glass with orchard fruit and petrichor scents. The palate is very well balanced with a slightly petrolly reduction on the entry. There's good weight behind that and a potent, spicy finish that lingers in the mouth. Jumping from the glass with aromas of pear, pastries and tangerine zest, it’s full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, having attained 13.5% alcohol.
