Atypical for the Wachau, this is a light, almost spritzy, slightly sweet Riesling, in the mode of those from the Mosel. “Schön” means both lovely and is the source for the fruit from the vineyard of the same name in the Spitzer Graben. A lovely little treat showing the dynamism of the Wachau.
