Grapes | 100% Pinot Meunier

Vineyards | From the single parcel of Voyet in the Marne village of Pouillon, this is the Cuillier family's most historic vineyard.

Vinification | Indigenous yeast fermentation in small stainless steel tank. Aged in tank for 12 months followed by 36 months sur lattes. No fining or filtration, disgorged by hand, zero dosage.

Through permaculture and agroforestry, Vincent works in partnership with Mother Nature to promote soil health and biodiversity with the aim of achieving a balanced and healthy ecosystem as well as a deeper expression of terroir.

Vincent’s terroirs are somewhat atypical for the region in that they contain a uniquely high percentage of sand, which produces Champagnes marked by real finesse. They are nuanced and complex, and reveal the exciting presence and long-term potential of this dynamic new domaine.

Champagne

Champagne boasts some of the world’s greatest luxury brands with Krug, Cristal and, of course, Dom Perignon. But it’s also home to hundreds of small dynamic producers—farmers who grow their own grapes (often organically) and make (often with natural methods) tiny amounts of pure and absolutely delicious wine that reflect the individual personalities of their villages and terroirs.
