Made from 100% Carricante, the most noble of Sicilian white grapes. Aromatic with notes of grapefruit and pear, this is ripe, round and markedly saline, thanks to the volcanic soils and the vineyards' locations close to the ocean. Classic Etna markers of smoke are present, along with bright, fresh acidity. A perfect match for seafood or vegetables of any sort.

Left Sicily
