He isolated parcels for his own label starting with the 2013 vintage, achieved organic certification in 2018, and was admitted to the exclusive Terres et Vins de Champagne collective after just his second release—alongside luminaries like Bérêche and Marie Courtin. This Cramant Grand Cru spends 42 months on lees and receives zero dosage, offering pure chalk-driven precision from one of the Côte des Blancs' greatest villages.
