"Interestingly this is a bit less elegant than the Murmure yet certainly more complex with its beautifully well-layered nose that also combines notes of green apple, yeast, spice, brioche and a range of floral elements. It is somewhat less refined on the palate as well though the grand cru fruit is in evidence as the full-bodied flavors possess more volume and power before terminating in a beautifully long and equally complex finish. The supporting mousse is more evident as well though I would still describe this as a softer example and overall, this too is a really lovely effort built for current consumption."
