Rejon Tequila Blanco is crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, by Juan Rejon, a musician and adventurer who discovered artisanal tequilas in the heart of Mexico's tequila region and launched an import-export business to share these treasures globally. The blanco is handcrafted using 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Amatitan, Jalisco, by fourth-generation farmers who understand the nuances of agave cultivation. The agave piñas are cooked in traditional stone ovens, juice is extracted using a roller mill, and fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast. After double distillation in stainless steel pots with copper coils, the tequila is bottled at 44% ABV (88 proof). The result is pure agave flavor with hints of caramel, grilled fruit, and white pepper—a tequila free from additives that ensures an authentic tequila experience.
