Cenatiempo is a small, family-run winery dedicated to preserving the native grapes and wild beauty of Ischia, the tiny volcanic island off Naples. Their Forastera, one of the island’s rare white varieties, thrives in the steep, windswept vineyards overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. The 2023 vintage is a pure expression of this unique terroir—vibrant, mineral-driven, and full of coastal charm.

Lemon zest, white peach, and wild herbs lead, with a distinct saline edge that speaks to the island’s volcanic soils and sea-sprayed vines.
