Pacherhof is one of the greatest producers of "Germanic" varieties in the Eisack valley of Alto Adige (Valle Isarco in Italian). The Private Cuvee is a blend of Riesling, Silvaner and Kerner and it magnificently weaves these three varieties, all so typical of the region, together in an aromatically explosive, ultra-fresh mountain white wine.
