Andrew Beckham makes his own amphorae, inspired by the great winemaking traditions of northern Italy, Slovenia and Georgia, and uses them to age his beautifully light and joyful wines along with clay, concrete and puncheons so the fruit shows through all on its own. This wonderful Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from the family estate in Sherwood is aged on white wine lees in neutral barrels, adding lift and aromatic grace notes.
