Old vine savagnin with a brief skin maceration (8hrs), then aged in old barrels (topped up a few times a year). Racy acidity, coupled with golden-hued fruit flavors (baked apple, Meyer lemon, apricot) and striking minerality — what more could you want? A truly classic Savagnin with a long, savory finish and lots of minerality, thanks to the largely limestone soils and marl bedrock.
