"The 2023 Sylvaner is from old vines between 70 and 80 years old, rooted in poor granitic soils. There's a sense of waxiness with a texture reminiscent of apple peel on the gently scented nose. The palate is surprisingly rounded and full-fruited, boasting an unusual sense of ripe Mirabelle.
