More about Baron Herzog

The Herzog family has been making wine for nine generations—literally since the Austro-Hungarian Empire, when Emperor Franz-Josef made Phillip Herzog a baron for his winemaking prowess. In 1985, they moved the operation to California and became the largest kosher winery in the US, producing 250,000 cases annually. That's legacy meeting New World ambition, all while honoring religious tradition.
