"2023 was a good year with slow ripening of the grapes, resulting in very tasty wines with good freshness and balance, as seen in the 2023 A Pedreira. It is expressive, clean and elegant and extremely tasty and salty, really impressive. It has structure and balance, 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.35 and 7.7 grams of acidity. Thirty percent of the wine was in stainless steel and the rest in barrel and foudres for four to six months. This is superb." -Luis Gutiérrez
