If regular Manzanilla is your favorite salty snack, La Gitana’s En Rama version is the extra-crispy, just-fried version—bolder, fresher, and way more intense.

“En Rama” means it’s bottled with minimal filtration, straight from the cask, so you get all the flavor and texture—no polishing, no mellowing out. That means more flor character, more salinity, more almond and chamomile and sea spray and that “why don’t I drink this more often?” feeling. Drink with seafood, tapas, creamy cheese or all on its own.

More about Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana

Hidalgo was founded in 1792 and remains the third-oldest sherry house, still family-owned by the 8th generation. La Gitana Manzanilla—about 70% of their production—ferments in a solera dating to the early 1800s from El Cuadrado vineyard on Balbaina Alta estate. Aged three years in Bodega San Fermín less than 1000 feet from the shore, it's young, lively, and named after a woman who ran a dock bar. Pure Sanlúcar.
