"The Conterno Fantino 2020 Barolo Castelletto Vigna Pressenda shows rich dark fruit, licorice, spa cedar and sweet oak spice. There is a certain fullness to the palate with a hint of vanilla extract, with sweet blueberry cream and cherry pie. The tannins carry a slightly toasted note, but they remain fine grained and nicely integrated overall." -Robert Parker

‘Vigna Pressenda’ is known as the heart of the Castelletto cru in terms of quality
Vines were planted in 1969 and 1986 at an elevation of 350 m (1148 ft) with a southeastern exposure.
Soils have a higher percentage of sand
