A well-balanced, suave and pretty absinthe from Cheryl Lins, a genuine spirits artisan. 
Flavors of anise, citrus, and flowers. I like it 4 pts water to 1pt absinthe, sans sugar cube.
Absinthe is generally considered to be an aperitif, but I think it's just as good after a meal – or maybe even with food, depending on what you're having.
