"The 2022 Équilibre has another winter to spend in the cellar before six months in bottle pre-release. Still, this blend of its components – part barrel, part cigar (300 liters) and part wooden cuve – will be another cracking release from Jean-Philippe Agisson. The mid-palate has charming breadth, but it remains oh-so light on its feet. Fabulous purity, salinity and tension, no doubt reflecting its chalky terroir.
