Domaine de la Tour Penet has brought new energy to this historic site, farming organically and working with minimal intervention to highlight the character of their limestone-rich soils.

The 2023 vintage is fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of stainless steel and used oak barrels, preserving freshness while lending just a hint of texture. There’s no flashy oak here—just ripe, clean fruit and the mineral lift that marks classic Mâcon whites.

You’ll find notes of ripe pear, golden apple, almond skin, and a touch of citrus pith, all framed by bright acidity and a gently chalky finish. It’s an easygoing yet serious Chardonnay, ideal for weeknight meals or as a budget-friendly alternative to pricier Côte de Beaune bottlings.
