Domaine Schoffit’s 2022 Harth Cuvée Caroline is Gewürztraminer in full technicolor—rich, spicy, and dripping with floral, tropical-fruited charm.
Grown in the sun-drenched Harth vineyard near Colmar, this bottling explodes with lychee, rose petals, candied ginger, and ripe mango, balanced by a soft, rounded texture and just enough freshness to keep it from tipping into heaviness. There’s serious concentration here, but also beautiful flow—making it perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with bold, spicy foods.
