"The 2021 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru, which was taken directly from barrel, has an attractive bouquet with orange pith and light citrus fruit, honeysuckle notes emerging with time. Good balance and acidity, yet the palate is maybe showing just a touch of reduction towards the finish, implying that it will require a little longer in bottle than the Vaillons." -Antonio Galloni
