Revered for their tireless pursuit of quality, Eduard Ojeda (Equipo Navazos & Valdespino) and Nicolas Palazzi (PM Spirits) have come together to celebrate their friendship and the finer things in life. 

This Amontillado, harvested for its elegance was aged 8-10 years under flor, then another 5-7 oxidatively. Sourced from a historic bodega its a thrilling examination of the two aging styles brought together for an aromatic, delicious treat.

While hard not to enjoy on its own, we highly encourage you to pair this with complex spicy dishes like spicy Korean fried chicken, vindaloo, or green Thai curry. Even with high alcohol and zero sugar, the pain is magically tempered and the flavor combinations, kaleidoscopic.
