Sonvang is the red companion to Twiswind, a young-vine field blend from a single west-facing slope on the Paardeberg. Planted with 12 Mediterranean and Iberian varieties, it reflects a forward-thinking approach to farming for climate resilience. Fermented with 30% whole clusters, it aged 11 months in concrete and neutral foudre.

The 2024 is Sadie’s most architectural red: fresh, herbal, and structured with fine tannins and bright acidity. It’s a glimpse of South Africa’s viticultural future.
