Most Monastrell is big, brawny, and kinda wild. This one's still got some of that—but it’s been chilling in bottle since 2015, and that time has worked its magic.

sulfites?

I was excited about trying the three Ducroux Beaujolais and got a mixed case. They are good at the start but fade a little at the end of the bottle, and I’ve gotten headaches a couple times, probably from sulfites. So a mixed bag.
