"The 2019 Vieux Château Saint André offers attractive cranberry, maraschino cherry and dark chocolate aromas on the nose. Heady but it is well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy ripe red fruit, hints of sour cherry mixed with strawberry and a smooth finish that needs just a tad more precision. Otherwise, this is a fine Montagne Saint-Émilion from the Berrouet family." -Neal Martin
