Pierre Morey is one of Burgundy’s legendary figures—régisseur at Domaine Leflaive from 1988 to 2008, organic pioneer since 1992, biodynamic since 1997. This Aligoté comes from 50-year-old vines in Meursault’s clay and chalk soils—a single-variety wine that is well-balanced, fresh, and lively. Expect lightly floral aromas, citrus fruitiness, flinty minerality, and vivid mouthwatering acidity. The wine strengthens its flint and honey notes with age.
