Blend of White Gamay (the former name of Chardonnay), Poulsard and Savagnin, planted together in the vines, aged in oak barrels for 6 months with no added SO2. A fruity, yet intensely mineral, wine. These vines are “complantées“, meaning planted together, an old wine-growing method whereby a mixture of grape varieties are planted side by side in the same plot.
