100% Pelaverga Piccolo, a variety unique to Verduno! Fruit from 2.6ha of vineyards, between 250-350m: Riva Rocca, Campasso, Boscatto, Neirane, Sotto Orti, Galleria. Harvested in the second half of September. Stainless steel fermentation, on the skins for 6-8 days. Aged between stainless and cement for 6 months. Released in May 2022.
